Company Secretary/Executive PA (Nottingham)
We are looking for an exceptionally skilled Company Secretary/Executive PA in Nottingham to provide strategic and operational support to our Group CEO and Board members while ensuring appropriate governance structures and infrastructures and in place and adhered to.

You will act as a main point of contact for Board members, senior leadership and external partners and will have experience of stakeholder management within a complex organisation.
Well organised and able to work under pressure, you will also provide executive level PA support to the Group CEO. This will include diary management, preparing meeting agendas and undertaking research as and when required. With experience of working in a fast paced, multi-faceted organisation, you will be self-motivated and flexible in your approach.
